I know that to login direct and end up in the lobby that we use this type of link:
http://www.xxx.com/addonchat.php
What would be the link if I want the user to auto login to a specific room?
ie: http://www.xxx.com/a...opup?d=roomname
.... or something like that?
I'm using vBulletin v3.7 with 8.5 integration setup ...
Thanks for any guidance ... :)

Badger (Doug)

This can't be done with a link. It's direct settings used in the applet parameter and requires that you have at least Enterprise. :)

Thanks ... :)
If I were to put a small piece of HTML code imbedded within a vBulletinpost for the purposes of redirecting members of that forum to login into a particular chat room, could you give me an example of what it would look like here?
Sorry, I'm not a programmer, but could probably take it from there using a sample ...

You would copy and paste your applet code from the control panel and include the following parameter.
<param name="subroom" value="Study Hall">
This inclusion would log the member directly to the subroom called "Study Hall". How this would work within vBulletin I'm not sure.

Hi,
Getting ready to purchase/upgrade 2 more Pro Plus rooms to add to the 1 Pro Plus (SC-533873) I already have, but read this thread.
Would it be better to buy 1 Enterprise edition and use the previous mentioned code or have 3 different rooms.
I already asked about the Automatic Login to a Specific Room module in Enterprise with a reply but I still not clear.
I asked about using a our own birthdate/age filter to direct members to specifc rooms, but support (Greg) didn't think Enterprise could make that age distinction so I would have to use the Remote Authentication unless members were restricted on our site
If purchasing 3 ProPlus licenses - is there a discount available? Or if upgrading to the Enterprise would & how would the Pro Plus fee be applied to the purchase price?
Thanks,
Praizeop@praize.com

Hi,
I was the one handling your ticket and what you were asking was quite complex. Development might be able to answer your questions better.
Your support ticket has been retired as "Resolved" or "Closed" so before you purchase two more accounts could you make a reply to that ticket to re-open it. Also when you do make reference to this post (http://forums.addoni...28502#post28502). Once I see your ticket back on the main of our system I'll assign it to development. Development will make a reply at their earliest convenience.
:)
EDIT:
I have located your ticket, re-opened it and assigned it to development. You may make a reply if you wish but development should see it and reply at their earliest convenience.

Thanks, for reinstating for development to answer.
Once the decision is made on which option to purchase, who should I contact re: discount or credit for previous purchase?
Thanks again,
Praizeop@praize.com
