OK, Thanks Greg. You don't want me to report spam. I got it. I know you guys stay on the top. But you are busy too. I know that. You respond the request tickets, solving our chat room problems, updating software etc. etc. . I reported spam because I was overwhelmed by this mass spam today. LOL

Hi Joeychgo, I set mine for immediate notification too, and I don't always get e-mails either. My point is - it's really difficult to say whether it's Addon's fault or your e-mail provider's fault. I know one thing - none of the e-mail services - Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail (which I have) are really reliable, none of them! I don't get e-mail from my friends either. :(

I feel bad that I have not responded to some messages here on the Forum but it's not my fault.

One of the reasons I might miss a notification is the fact that this Addon Forum has got a mass spam recently. I have settings to notify me on EVERY message posted... every one of them.. Today I got 2 FULL pages of spam which were deleted immediately. I might miss a "good" e-mail from you and other users and therefore not respond it, which I sincerely apologize.. :( I think it was YOUR message regarding photos posted in the chat room. I either never received a notification about this post, or missed it due to the mass spam.

And I have a curious question for GREG: I know you guys watch this spam like a hawk... today was a record high of spam posts (2 full pages in my e-mail!)... is there a way to prevent them? Are these spammers the owners of the chat room here on Addoninteractive? If not - HOW on earth could they post without being a member???? Can you please answer this for me, if you would. ;)

Please give us more details about your chat room ... what kind of images you want to post - like emoticons or photos?... They are handled differently. Is your chat room free or for pay??? If I remember correctly when I had a free chat room with Addon I could not post neither the photos nor emotes.
