Hello .. need to know what's going on. This is a repeat of a situation a while ago where my chat room refused to keep people in it, it kept disconnecting people after only a VERY short time with an err message. I'd like to know if anyone else is having this issue.
It is occuring on my sharedshadows.com chat account and is also happening on my dreamscape2.com account. I can only assume that it's also happening on my acrossthenexus.com account.
What is going on?

I've submitted a ticket to support for this .. confirmed that all three of my chats on three different accounts for three different domains refuse to keep people logged in. It is randomly logging out users. WTF?

PS: Happening on latest installs of Firefox, Chrome, and Opera. Chat won't open in IE for me to test.
All accounts are Enterprise 25.
Anyone else?

Here it's the same, started few minutes ago. Enterprise-25 as well.
Why these things happens always on sunday it's beyond me.
Hope they'll fix asap. Here in Italy it's night, so hope it will be fixed in the next 8-9 hours.
Edit: after downtime of www.addoninterative.net as well, all seems back OK in chat.
Good and fast work!

Had the same issue, seems to be all sorted now. Cheers to the team for getting it sorted.
Would love to hear from one of the devs. Whenever something like this happens it'd be nice (and a common courtesy) for them to just drop by and let us know what the problem is or that everything has been sorted for the foreseeable future, etc. Don't wish to sound like a broken record, but I'm amazed at how silent the company has been on its own forums these past few months, particularly when a handful of issues have been cropping up. There's this most recent issue as mentioned in this thread, a similar issue that happened about a month ago, users have been having to uninstall their latest version of Java to access the chat to begin with, my userlist is bouncing around (as noted by another member in another thread), and many users are getting a "Java is blocked because it is out of date" message when accessing the chatroom (due in part to being forced to run an older version of Java I assume?). I would absolutely love to hear how progress is going on getting some of the latest Java issues fixed.

Hi
I am only a forum mod (not one of the dev team) but it might be a good idea for those affected by chat issues to say what server their chatroom is on.
That way the dev team can see easily if its an issue with one server or a general issue affecting all servers.

I am rather annoyed that my support ticket has been ignored. I gave specific account information in my tickets. I am not posting specific server information here. Yes, my chat is working again but customer service has been slipping lately. I still have an outstanding ticket for an issue that occurred over a week ago and then I had to resubmit the ticket because support LOST the first one.
At this point, I am looking at alternate chat options that are feature rich and a LOT cheaper than AddOnChat. I used to love this chat but am growing more and more disillusioned. I've been with them for over 4 years and in the last four months, service has degraded to the point that my community doesn't trust addonchat and are calling it 'that java shit'.

It might also be worth posting some screen grabs of the problems users are having along with any detailed java error logs as that may hold the key to getting to the bottom of the issue some users are having.
