No response from sales team my ticket pending 24 hours

I have subimmited a sales related quarry ticket its now 24 hours almost no response till now can anyone help ???? FTA-591-69787 03 August 2012 01:35 AM Priyangshu Borthakur

I don't have any problem i have sales related quarry only. Extra module wanted to buy but my subscription in middle . Paid for one year will expire in dec now in between i want to add one new module also quarry regarding can i pay for one more year in between etc . There should be response now see its almost 48 hours no response to my ticket

Oh, I understand... They will respond , I am sure. If you sent it by e-mail, you may want to resend. Don't assume your mail has come thru. I had those "oh nooooo" moments.

Just resend the same thing again (from your Send folder) . What do you have to lose?

Hi pri0743,

You can purchase a module outside any time after you have purchased your chat room. You have said that you have purchased for a year so any additional modules you wish to purchase... go for it! The purchased module will last a month/year (pending on length you have purchased) while your chat room remains pro or above.

As for the question on if you can pay for one more year, yes you can any time! You can add an extra year any time you wish for example somebody can if they choose to add an extra year to their account every couple of weeks or when they can afford it.

Thanks , Mom Aries and Rick , I have purchased the module , its working fine with my chat room. I think they have some problem with the email system as i haven't got any mail after purchase from them . But module added in my control panel and working with my chat room. :cool: :cheerful:
