I've seen in prior posts that the issue of people getting disconnected is not a new one. I had this very same experience today. And I would like to know why it's happening and what I can do to prevent people in my chat room from getting cut off. Some people were disconnected over 30 times!!.
Please advice on how to correct this. They tried everything I could think of to fix the problem. Different browsers, deleted java temporarily files, and on and on.
