I have multiple users that have started being kicked today for no apparent reason. My log shows the above error. It's very frustrating. Anyone else?

It is not affecting all users. Various browsers involved (from lastet Fire fox to latest chrome).

PS: I've submitted an actual ticket for this issue. When I hear back, I'll post the response.

We're experiencing it too.

In addition, users tell me it kicks them from chat but the login page remains, so they just click login and come right back in. But when it happens every 10 seconds, or 15 seconds, or even 30 seconds, that's ridiculous.

Are we certain addon isn't in a maintenance mode or running updates? I cannot find anything at all on this.

If users seemed stable and then change rooms, they start to get disconnected. If a user who was unaffected stays put, they stay unaffected.

Now our other chat room is also affected. Constant disconnects. I already told my chatters nobody will respond tonight or even likely this weekend, and they've all logged out until further notice. Pity.

I'm not writing them off. These people seem to really have it together.

I had this issue in my chat this evening but it only affected one user .

Was any of your affected users on a comcast connection as i have noticed this to happen before with comcast users like the user in my chat tonight he is a comcast user but the rest was'nt if that makes any sense .

Mine were scattered .. I'm AT&T and couldn't stay in my chat. I thought it might be browser issues but different browsers failed in the same epic way.

I was logged in for 6 hours on my chat without any issue but bearing in mind i am on a UK ip address but also running an older version of java as i found the java 7 update 5 to unstable .

I've got users all over the world from Germany to New York to Texas to Los Angeles to Auckland, NZ having the issue. It's definitely Addon's issue.

We were online consistently from about 2:30pm EST and the problem did not manifest until this evening about 10ish or so (can't be sure of the time without checking the logs). It has only happened to people who have not logged out for any reason or changed rooms.

PS: and it's still happening.
