Hi everyone, today all of the sudden I tried to log in my chat room but it took forever to get a login screen, and I really mean "forever". .It's been like that all evening. Are there any problems with the Addon server tonight?

I will reboot my puter in a little while and see what happens.

Any suggestions?

UPDATE: I rebooted my puter after running Superantispyware. It has made a bit faster loading but still not as fast as usual.

I experienced the same thing earlier today. The loading screen was there for some time. That usually happens when an updated version of chat is available. Maybe that is the case???

Mine is back to booting folks out left and right......it's no one person, it just seems to pick one or two a day and boot them a dozen times, then the next day they're fine and don't get booted off, someone else does. That's more annoying than waiting to load chat.

Those chatters being booted are they all from same internet providers or perhaps similar locations as each other?

Rick! Hi, how are you? No, and it includes me I've not changed a thing and I've done the clearing & cleaning. It's most definitely a random thing now. I'll get booted 3 or 4 times this day, and not a problem the next. No changes in my internet nor do I notice any other issues with other sites. I just don't know how to explain it - completely sparatic. Usually we have about 2 or 3 chatters out of 15 or so that keep popping offline, and the next day it's 2 or 3 others - not always the same people. One lady in particular used to get booted off, she called her ISP and got a new modem and had no issues for a few weeks, the even she got booted the other day about 6 times. No problems since.

I think it could be like you had said, a 'hiccup' with our ISP... but it's got to be such a minor gliche, or bizarre setting or weird reason this is happening. Something hard to track down given the huge variety of Software, Browsers, ISPs, etc etc that you have to be compatible with. I do not envy this task figuring out why this is happening. Personally, I think it's a troll in the java.
