Hi at times I need my moderators to be in two rooms, when previously using addon chat we have accomplished this by opening up the chat link again in a new window and add a full stop to your name ,choose the second room and log in it has never been a problem before when I was a moderator. nIs it something I have disabled or is there another way to be in two rooms with the same name, only site helpers(mods) need this facility not ordinary members, I would be most grateful for a reply to this problem kindest regards xx

Currently there is no way to be in two separate sub-rooms using the same name.
