Hello,
We recently purchased the professional plus edition for our website, and we can't seem to figure out how to set someone as a permanent administrator? Whenever I'm set as an admin, it says it's temporary. I've tried creating a user with the control panel, but then when the chat logs me in it says "invalid username/password".
Any way as to solve this? Thanks!

Is your chat integrated with a forum/message board? If your chat is stand-alone, you create a user group giving administrative priviledges of your choice, and any user you assign to that group will have those priviledges. I'm not sure how it works when integrated with a forum.

they discuss integration with various forums. Hopefully this might yield an answer while you wait for someone with experience to reply, or you could submit a support ticket (email support@addonchat.com). Be sure to include your chat ID number and level (pro, enterprise, etc.).
