We have just registered for your service and we are being constantly logged out of mobile. It seems to stay logged in longer via the computer, but not on any mobile devices.
We are using the single signon and it will give me a "Connection to server lost" within 20-45 seconds of being logged in.
Please advise.

On mobiles you may need to adjust your screen timeout to never time out. For me personally when I have this function set and the screen dims I get disconnected from wifi and normal wap connection itself.

Mine used to boot out constantly - didn't matter what I tried on original Droid phone. Now I have a new Droid Razr and I never boot out. Might be the software? The razr has the new 'ice cream sandwich' version of software? ... I think I read.

Ok, its not the mobile phone as I have tested on 3 different models.
Its not the screen timing out as this is through an apps webview and the screen does not dim.
This is something to do with your software loosing connection.
Please advise.

Hi govista,
Im presuming u have purchased the optional mobile module with your chat room? What sort of message are you getting in your transcripts at the time you loose connection to the server?
Are you using any other type of mobile apart from one of the following types of devices: iPhones, iPod Touches, iPads, and Android (Google Phone) ?
