How can I change text of my Login panel? Is there some option in cpanel, just like changing of welcome message (text and canned message)?
I have some not needed words beside password prompt! I think I made it long time ago, but there is no more language files to change that! Please help!

Is it a public message you posted in the room and want to delete now? If so, I think it is a option "Text and canned messages". But may be the guys will tell you something better.

In your control panel, check Settings >> Advanced >> Direct Settings and look for a line that sets the password prompt...
Something like text.applet.login.password = Password:
Change what is on the right of the = and save your changes.
