Is there any future plans for the addonchat mobile module being expanded so it can support the symbian OS on cell phones for expample a sony ericsson vivaz cell phone runs the symbian OS and would like to see the Addonchat mobile module cover this one too instead of just covering iphones ipads & android.

Mark,
Which browser are you using under Symbian, on which device? We're trying to target webkit compatible devices at the moment, and I think Symbian falls in to that category. The new RIM (BlackBerry) devices I also intend to look at before the next mobile update.

Thanks, Mark. We'll definitely be looking to expand the mobile edition's device compatibility- fortunately it looks as though a lot of manufacturer's are moving towards WebKit which should make the process easy. I can't tell you exactly when we'll get to the next round of mobile updates, but it will be a major focus in the v9.x series, including added tablet compatibility.
