Hi,
There seems to be a problem system wide with the transcripts. It appears to be affecting the Remote Admin Console as well. We hope to have it resolved ASAP. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Hi,
That is correct the issue has now been resolved. The problem was related to a failed auto-optimization routine due to a crashed table. The bi-monthly database optimization script has been edited such that the transcript system is now skipped which will prevent this particular issue from happening again.
