For those of you who have signed up for a free AddonLiveSupport ALPHA trial since yesterday's reset we have had to once remove your accounts during the latest system upgrade.
The sign-up process was not completing correctly which caused account settings to not be generated on some accounts. Some updates have been made, however the source of the problem hasn't yet been identified, however the system does appear to be functioning properly now. We're keeping a close eye on it.
You may sign up again as you did before. Again - my apologies for any inconvenience.
ALPHA accounts may be deleted at any time. Alpha, Beta, and Release-Candidate accounts are subject to deletion without notice. It is likely that software updates performed during alpha (and possibly beta) testing will require us to delete this account.
